SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All of Nayna Kapoor orders are shipped door-to-door from our warehouse in Delh, India to your provided shipping address. Processing the order normally takes 2 working days and then Shipping normally takes 4-6 working days.

Shipping destinations offered by labelnaynakapoor.com for delivery will be extended and updated from time to time and listed online. We do not ship backorders. We aim to keep every item on our website in stock. If there is an item which you purchase and then we realize this item is not available, we will promptly inform you within 2 working days of your purchase and fully refund your money for the out of stock item.

We can only process one shipping address per order. So, if you would like to order several items and ship to different people, please treat these as separate orders. We cannot ship to Post Office Box addresses and take no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case the delivery address includes P. O. Box details in any part or form.

You can track the package through the Order Tracking facility. If the package status is shown as undeliverable please call Customer Service and quote your tracking number to trace your package.

DUTIES & TAXES

All of Nayna Kapoor orders are shipped internationally from our warehouse in Mumbai, India to your provided shipping address. Due to the nature of international shipping, occasionally a customer may have to pay additional import duties and taxes which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The large majority of orders will not have to pay any additional fees. However, we are unable to calculate when and how much these infrequent customs duty charges will be levied. In the case where additional customs charges are assessed, you will be responsible for paying these additional fees.Nayna Kapoor takes no responsibility for non delivery of orders in case such taxes and duties are not accepted and settled by the recipient at the delivery address and will not provide any refunds in such cases.


RETURN,EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund or an exchange, within 14 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

Once received, the customer care team at Labelnaynakapoor.com  would study the need for return or exchange and based on their jurisdiction the exchange / refund will be made possible.

Easy Domestic Returns and Exchanges

It's easier than you think. Follow these simple steps to return your purchase by mail:

  1. On the invoice you receive, circle the item(s) that you're returning and note the quantity and reason(s) for return on your invoice.

  2. Pack your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include your completed invoice.

International Returns

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us naynawears@gmail.com

 within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Refunds on international orders include duties, taxes and tariffs when sent, and unfortunately, we cannot refund your original domestic and international shipping charges.

We do not accept any returns if the product is dispatched to us after 14 days of receiving the shipment. So please make sure you report the matter to us and dispatch the product at the earliest once we accept the return request. Kindly do not dispatch the products before receiving a "Return Accepted" confirmation email from us.
